3.2 Account Security

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on the pak735 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied to PKR transactions.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

pak735 employs automated and manual fraud monitoring on all financial transactions. Any deposit or withdrawal that is found to be associated with fraudulent activity, charge-back attempts, money laundering, or abuse of the payment system will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak735, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising from or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of — or inability to access or use — the pak735 Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on or relating to the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to or use of your account arising from your failure to protect your credentials;
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform, including scheduled maintenance;
• Technical errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in game outcomes, odds, or balance displays that are identified and corrected within a reasonable time.

The pak735 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pak735 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

pak735 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy age verification or KYC requirements within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotions;
• Multi-accounting or provision of false identity information;
• Use of automated tools or prohibited software on the Platform;
• Any action that, in pak735's reasonable judgement, poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

Where an account is terminated due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, pak735 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to user misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting pak735 customer support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any outstanding verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.
